Banfil Office Court’s historic buildings are landmarks in the West 7th neighborhood and are attractively situated on a spacious campus with many mature trees, landscapes and private parking. Large windows and tasteful finishes reflect the period of the 1890’s structures and offer a welcoming, comfortable setting for professionals and their visitors.

Rental spaces range from single office suites of ~120 square feet to entire floors and buildings of ~3,800 square feet, with common reception areas allowing us to accommodate a broad variety of preferences and business needs.

Banfil Office Court is only 5 minutes from I35E, downtown St. Paul, and West St. Paul via the Smith Avenue Bridge. Lindberg and HHH airport terminals and Mall of America are only 15 minutes west. Metro Transit bus service stops are just outside the door.

There are hundreds of churches, restaurants, shops, and medical and professional services along West 7th Street, Grand Avenue, Cathedral Hill, Crocus Hill, and Downtown St. Paul. Many city, county, state and federal offices are also within minutes.
